Trilumity is an online store that sells Christmas decorations and Christmas gifts to customers in the United States. It is run by MEOWPAMPER LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. This page is a plain description of how the business works.
What We Sell
Every product on this site is a Christmas product. They sit in three categories.
- Christmas Tree Ornaments and Decorations — hanging ornaments, baubles, tree skirts and collars, toppers, garlands, tinsel and pine picks.
- Christmas Lights and Home Decor — string lights, LED candles, night lamps, wreaths, door and window decor, table runners, chair covers, stockings, figurines and snow globes.
- Christmas Gifts, Toys and Party Supplies — plush toys, dolls, puzzles, craft kits, advent calendars, gift boxes and wrap, cards, mugs, aprons, balloons, banners, Santa hats, headbands, novelty glasses and costumes.
Two more collections cut across those three to make browsing easier: gifts under $25 and new this season. Prices across the catalog run from $5.99 to $1,076.99, with a median of $14.99; half the catalog sits between $9.99 and $22.99, and the top of that range is a single large standing tree.
How Fulfillment Actually Works
Our stock is held by fulfillment partners in China, and that is where your parcel starts. We do not keep inventory in a United States warehouse. We would rather say that here than let you work it out from a tracking number.
Orders ship Delivered Duty Paid. Import duties and taxes are paid by us before the parcel reaches you, so you owe the courier nothing on delivery. Handling takes 2 to 4 business days, with a daily cut-off of 6:00 PM Pacific, Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Transit takes 8 to 14 business days on a tracked line, and the final mile is carried by USPS, UPS or FedEx. Plan on 10 to 18 business days in total from the day you order. Tracking is emailed 24 to 48 hours after dispatch.
We ship to the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. We cannot deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or any address outside the United States. Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more and a flat $7.99 below that. There is no expedited option at any price, which matters in December — see Christmas Delivery Deadlines.
Returns are handled inside the United States. Approved returns are received at 602 Fountain Parkway Suite B, Grand Prairie, TX 75050. You have 30 days from delivery, an RMA number is required before you ship anything back, and the restocking fee is $0. Nothing goes back to China, and nothing should be sent to our Denver address.

What We Do Not Do
There are no countdown timers on this site that reset when you reload the page, no invented stock counters, no strike-through prices we never actually charged, and no reviews written by us. Our new-customer code is WELCOME15: 15% off a first order, one use per customer, applied to the merchandise total before shipping, and it cannot be combined with other codes. It does not expire in ten minutes.
