This page sets out the limits of what we can promise about our products and this website. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.
Colors on Your Screen
Screens differ. The same red bauble, the same warm-white light and the same green garland look different on a phone in daylight, on a laptop at night and on a calibrated monitor. Finishes make it harder still: glitter, foil, glaze and metallic paint photograph brighter than they look in a living room, and lit decorations photograph warmer or cooler than the eye sees them. Production runs also vary slightly in shade.
Product photographs are supplied by the makers, not shot by us, so lighting and color rendering vary between listings. A small difference between the photo and the item you receive is normal and is not a defect. If you are matching a new piece to decorations you already own, allow for it.
Hand-Finished Pieces Vary
Many of the ornaments, figurines, wreaths and garlands we sell are finished by hand. Paint strokes, glitter coverage, the set of a bow, the shaping of pine picks and the arrangement of a wreath differ a little from one piece to the next, and no two are identical. That variation is a property of the product, not a fault, and it is not grounds for a damaged-item claim. Genuine damage, defects and wrong items are covered — see our FAQs.
Measurements
Dimensions, bulb counts, cord lengths and weights on our product pages are supplied by the maker. We publish what we were given and we do not add measurements of our own. Allow a small tolerance on any figure, particularly on hand-finished and fabric items, which are cut and sewn rather than molded.
If the fit is critical — a topper for a specific tree, a garland for a specific mantel, a runner for a specific table — email support@trilumitybeauty.com with the product link before you order. We will ask the maker and tell you what they say.
Decorative Use Only
Everything on this site is sold for decorative use, unless a listing states a different purpose. Unless a listing describes an item as a toy or a game, treat it as a decoration: not a plaything, not tableware, not a food container, not a light fitting and not a structural fixing. Do not use an ornament to serve food or drink, do not modify a light set's wiring, and do not hang a decoration from anything that will not hold it.
We make no health, medical or safety-certification claim about anything we sell, and nothing on this site is described as certified, rated, approved or independently tested. How to use these products safely, and what we do and do not know about them, is set out on our Product Safety page.
Accuracy of Content and Pricing
We work to keep product descriptions, images, availability and prices accurate, but this site can contain typographical errors, omissions and out-of-date information. Nothing here is a guarantee that a description is complete or error-free.
Where a price or a description is wrong, we may correct it, cancel an affected order and refund you in full, even after the order has been placed and confirmed. If that happens we will tell you before we do it. A listed price is an invitation to buy, not a binding offer, and we do not honor a price that was clearly published in error.
Testimonials and Reviews
Reviews on this site are the personal experience of the person who wrote them. They are not a promise that you will get the same result. We do not buy reviews, we do not write them under customer names, and we do not delete a review for being critical. See section 7 of our Terms and Conditions.

No Professional Advice
Guides and articles on this site, including our decorating guide, are general suggestions about using the things we sell. They are not electrical, fire-safety, structural or professional advice, and they do not replace the instructions printed by the maker or the judgment of a qualified professional.
California Proposition 65
California Proposition 65 requires businesses to warn California residents about exposure to certain listed chemicals. Some consumer goods containing plastics, plated metal components, wiring, paints or adhesives can fall within its scope.
We have not completed Proposition 65 testing on our range. We are saying that plainly rather than printing a warning we cannot support or claiming a clearance we do not have. When testing is complete we will publish the results and any warning that applies on the relevant product pages. If you have a question about a specific product before then, email us and we will pass on what the maker has declared to us.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. Where that is the case, the limitations above apply only to the extent permitted in your state, and nothing on this page removes a right your state gives you.
