This policy explains what personal information trilumitybeauty.com collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to orders placed through it. Trilumity is a brand of MEOWPAMPER LLC, a Colorado limited liability company.
Notice at Collection
California law requires us to tell you, at or before the point of collection, what we collect and what we do with it. This table is that notice, and it is accurate for every visitor, not only Californians.

Sensitive Personal Information
We do not collect government identification numbers, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health information, biometric data, or the contents of your mail or messages. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" link under California law.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell your personal information for money.
- We do not send marketing text messages, and we do not collect phone numbers for that purpose.
- We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
One honest qualification: like most online stores, we use cookies from advertising providers so that our ads can be measured and targeted. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, that use of cookies can count as "selling" or "sharing" personal information even though no money changes hands. You can opt out at any time — see the section below and our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use four kinds of cookie:
- Strictly necessary — your cart, checkout session and security. The site does not work without these and they cannot be switched off.
- Functional — remembering preferences such as your region.
- Analytics — how many people visit, which pages they read, where they drop off.
- Advertising — measuring and targeting our advertising on other platforms.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break checkout.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and we apply it automatically to that browser. You do not need to fill in a form as well.
Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose and share, and to receive a copy of it.
- Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions such as completing a transaction or keeping tax records.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny you service, charge you a different price or give you a lower quality of service because you exercised a privacy right.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@trilumitybeauty.com with the subject line "Privacy Request". We respond within 45 days and may extend once by a further 45 days where the request is complex, in which case we will tell you.
We verify a request by matching the email address you write from and the order details you give us against our records. We will never ask you to send a copy of a government ID, a passport or a driver's license to make a privacy request.
An authorized agent may act for you with written permission signed by you.
If You Live in Another State
Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky and Rhode Island have comparable rights of access, correction, deletion, portability and opt-out under their own state laws. We handle all such requests through the same email address and the same process described above.
Right to Appeal
If we decline your request, we will tell you why. You may appeal that decision by replying to our response with the word "Appeal" in the subject line. We will review the appeal and reply in writing within 45 days. If we deny the appeal, we will give you a way to contact your state Attorney General to complain.
International Data Transfers
Your order information — your name, shipping address and the contents of the order — is transmitted to our fulfillment partners in China so that your parcel can be picked, packed and dispatched, and then to a US carrier for final delivery. Our support team also works outside the United States. This means personal information you give us is processed in countries whose data protection laws differ from those in the United States. We share only what is needed to fulfill and support your order, and we require our partners to keep it confidential and to use it only for that purpose.
Children's Privacy
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Some of our products are bought by adults for children; in that case the adult is our customer and any information about a child, such as an age range used for sizing, is supplied by the adult and used only to fulfill the order. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Data Security
We do not store full payment card numbers. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers that maintain PCI DSS compliance, and traffic between your browser and this site is encrypted using HTTPS with TLS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise; if a breach affects your personal information we will notify you and the relevant regulators as required by law.
Retention
Retention periods are given in the Notice at Collection table above. When a period ends we delete the information or anonymize it so that it can no longer identify you.
Third Parties We Use
We disclose personal information to service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract: our e-commerce platform, payment processors, fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, our email provider, and analytics and advertising providers. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own unrelated purposes.
Changes to This Policy
We will update this page when our practices change and will move the Effective Date below. Material changes will be announced on the site.
