This line goes to a monitored voicemail box. There is no live answering desk. We check it every business day and call back within one business day. We would rather tell you this plainly than advertise a phone desk nobody is sitting at. If your question is urgent, email will get you an answer sooner.
Registered Office vs. Return Address
These are two different addresses, and sending a parcel to the wrong one means it will not reach anyone who can help you.

Parcels sent without an RMA number cannot be matched to an order and cannot be refunded. Email us first — it takes one message.
A Note on Time Zones
Our support team does not sit in the Pacific time zone, which is why we answer by email rather than pretending to staff a phone room during US business hours. Messages sent overnight US time are usually answered by the following morning Pacific.

- The email address you used at checkout
- For a damaged, defective or wrong item: clear photos of the item and the shipping label, sent within 48 hours of delivery
- For a sizing question: your measurement and the product name
